Key Concepts

Understanding the following concepts is crucial for interpreting the analysis results:

Effective Responses: The total number of successfully submitted surveys.

Total Visits: The number of visits to the survey page, deduplicated by Cookie (equivalent to page UV).

Completion Rate: Calculated as (Effective Responses / Total Visits) * 100%. Note: Total visit counts are only recorded for enterprise users. If a user upgrades during the survey collection period, total visits are calculated from the upgrade date, which may result in completion rates exceeding 100%.

Average Page Duration: The average time spent by all visitors on the survey page.

Average Page Duration (Submitted): The average time spent by respondents who successfully submitted their surveys.

Average Page Duration (Not Submitted): The average time spent by respondents who did not submit their surveys.

Abandoned Answer Points: The last question answered by a respondent before closing the page without any further actions (including answering other questions or clicking the submit button).

Abandoned Answer Points Statistics: Analysis of the frequency of Abandoned Answer Points for all unsubmitted surveys.

Option Switch Analysis (Single Choice): Generates a matrix where options are both rows and columns (e.g., 3x3 matrix for 3 options). Diagonal values represent final selections, while non-diagonal values show switches between options.

Example scenarios for single-choice questions:

1. Single selection of A: Records 1 in A-to-A

2. Multiple selections of A (e.g., AAAAA): Records 1 in A-to-A after deduplication

3. Sequential selections (e.g., ABCABC): Records switches between options and final selection

Option Switch Analysis (Multiple Choice): Generates a matrix with options as rows and "Selection Count"/"Cancellation Count" as columns (e.g., 3x2 matrix for 3 options).

- Selection Count: Total times an option was selected (including both submitted and unsubmitted surveys)

- Cancellation Count: Times an option was selected and then deselected

Option Click Analysis: Counts the total number of clicks on each option by all respondents.

Unsubmitted Survey Analysis: Statistical summary of answered questions from unsubmitted surveys. Note that the total number of responses may vary between questions due to different completion progress.

Unsubmitted Survey Detailed Data: Presents all answered questions from unsubmitted surveys in a survey-like format. Questions that were not answered will show no data.

Note on Multiple Responses: When the same user answers, exits, and answers again, their responses will be merged for analysis and presentation.

Important Notes

- Behavior logs are only collected for surveys with less than 100,000 responses

- Data is limited to surveys created within the last 6 months

- Total visit counts are only recorded for enterprise users

- Completion rates may exceed 100% when users upgrade to enterprise version

- Multiple responses from the same user will be merged for analysis
