Forest Church Pilot Volunteer Sign-Up Questionnaire

Dear Friends, As part of our exciting new Forest Church pilot, we are looking for volunteers who would be willing to support a six-week programme designed to bring people together in worship, reflection, and fellowship within a natural outdoor setting. Forest Church offers a different way of experiencing church, creating opportunities to connect with God, one another, and the natural world. We hope it will be particularly welcoming to those who may not feel comfortable attending a traditional church service. **What will volunteers do?** Volunteer roles may include: • Welcoming participants on arrival • Assisting with simple nature-based activities • Helping with refreshments where appropriate • Helping with set-up and pack-down **Weekly Themes (Provisional)** Week 1 – Creation and Wonder Week 2 – Listening to God in Nature Week 3 – Growth and New Life Week 4 – Community and Belonging Week 5 – Care for Creation Week 6 – Hope and Renewal All activities will be simple, accessible, and suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities. Appropriate safeguarding procedures, risk assessments, and oversight arrangements will be in place throughout the pilot.
