Homeless Prevention / Housing Solutions Survey

Welcome to this survey on experiences with local Homeless Prevention Teams or Housing Solutions Service. It's aim to showing the disparage that is public funded authority homelessness support across the UK.

Local Authorities of all sizes have their own homelessness processes and values, not all align with the legal duties set out be central government. We aim to highlight those authorities that do not follow legal procedure and that use government guidelines to intentionally leave some of the most vulnerable in society without support.

Please answer all questions based on your actual experience, all responses will be kept strictly confidential. There are no right or wrong answers.

You must have been at least 18 years of age when you were homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Information gathered is anonymous we only ask that you take the time to complete as many questions as possible.

Homelessness is a personal crisis affecting tens of thousands of people, and can cause additional mental health struggles and trauma. At any time should you feel unable to continue due to past trauma please stop and take time to yourself seeking any such support you have available.
