Welcome to Growing in Grace Christian School. Please complete this application form in full and provide accurate information for the 2027 academic year.


Completing this form does not guarantee admission. Admission will only be finalized after the registration fee and first month’s school fees have been received and all required documents have been submitted to the school office.


School fees apply to Grades R to 7. Registration fee: Grade R = R 1,500; Grades 1 to 7 = R 2,000. Monthly fees (12 months): Grade R = R 1,700; Grades 1 to 7 = R 2,200.


Fees exclude stationery and include books for the year only.

Please review the following before completing the application. The school office requires the following documents:

  1. Copy of the student’s birth certificate;
  2. Copies of both parents/guardians’ IDs;
  3. Recent report from the previous school
  4. Current proof of residence
  5. Copy of a 3-month payslip or bank statement
  6. Foreign students must provide passport, visa, and study permit
  7. Most recent tuition account statement from the previous school.


For accepted learners, the following must also be submitted: copy of immunization records, copy of birth certificate, progress report from previous school, and transfer letter from previous school.
